This hotel was affordable, clean, and all round a great stay!
I'm not sure if the rooms are supposed to be soundproof(that's what I had read), but we could hear the little kids yelling outside in the hallway.

Very nice and clean hotel establishment. Nice staff and very clean rooms. Also there are many good restaurants in walking distance from this hotel.
No free continental breakfast. Also only just 1 laundry room in this whole hotel! I told the staff there already that there needs to be at least 1 laundry room per hotel floor since this hotel has 6 floors.

Refrigerator did not work, maintenance responded very quick and resolved the problem. Front of House very responsive and friendly.

Excellent staff (all of them) and very hospitable especially the staff serving breakfast needs a special mention. Perfect location if one has work in UCR area because of proximity to all essentials + UCR. Value for money as it meets and exceeds your expectation.
